My truck got broken in to.....

They punched in my drivers side key lock to get in. They stole my Kenwood Stereo, Garmin Nav, Motorola Droid x phone, Wifes bag with her purse, Expen$ive Sony DSLR camera(my wedding gift to her), Watch

Anyone have good luck with aftermarket door locks? Antitheft?

Your best options for slowing them down are jimmi jammers or deleting the lock with the handle from a rear door. Of course if they still want in they will just break a window or tow the truck.

happened to me one time, same exact way. honestly i just replaced the door handle that they broke because if you put jimmie jammers in there they're just gonna mess up your door tryin to get in or eventually bust a window. thats why i don't keep anythin valuable in there, put a remote kill switch somewhere to prevent a theft of the truck is nice to have though

I agree with ^^^^ to keep anything valuable out of the truck.

I mean come on your wife left a purse in the truck that usually has money, credit cards, debit cards, keys to the house and vehicles, enough info to steal ones identy.

The stereo and everything else was just a bonus.

If it is valuable keep it out of site is my motto.
Well my motto is buy Cheeeaaaappp someone steals it they may get 5 bucks.

Most of all my stuff is cheap or old in all my vehicles and all my stuff is protected by my guns and one guy you do not want to piss off.

*******s!!! Keep things in your truck out of sight. Tint the windows. A good alarm with scare them off sometimes but a theaf will get in if he wants to bad enough. BUY A GUN SO IF YOU EVER GET LUCK AND CATCH THE THEAF YOU CAN PREVENT FUTURE VIOLATIONS.
