I saw a facebook post (I think?) today that indicated they were swamped with calls and were manning all the lines and to be patient. He's got a very popular product. I know!

Yea must have been I got my Fu chip package last week and bill forgot to email activation code I called 20 times today and emailed bill

Friend him on FB or join his forum. Two other ways to get him. I just looked and he is not on FB right now. He stays in front of his computer to the wee hours of the morning. Keep trying.
