Took 16 qts of oil ti fill?

I did an oil change on a friends truck, I also changed the dip stick tube(cracked old one). It took 16 qts to fill. It's always been 15 for me. I really think I got the tube fully installed. Will 16 hurt anything?

I've seen quite a few trucks that take 16 to fill.

I've never seen one that 'needed' 16, but we used to have one old guy come in always and wanted 16qts no matter what. Not that big a deal.
