My truck is slow starting everything has been replaced so it has to be the oem starter. I have seen where many people are saying go with the DB starters. My question is what is the difference between Summit powermaster high torque starter, the db starter, and the oem 6.0 starter. The reason the 6.0 starter is on here if people didn't know it will fit and work on the 7.3, and it is a gear reduction starter which equals higher torque. Anyone know the difference between between between the three?

early 99 Red F-250 XL SD, 7.3L, 6-speed manual, Extended Cab, Long Bed, 4x4 Off Road, and Reflexxion Cowl Hood, Ion Alloy 183 wheels, 05 headlights with 6000k AC HID kit, and led turn signals, Ford ASI filter w/ zoodad mod and foam sleeve, TS 6 position chip, Auto Meter Z series Boost and EGT gauges, and straight pipe oem exhaust. .

I honestly couldn't tell you the difference between the three, without seeing the actual motor, and possibly seeing a wiring diagram. I do know, however, that swapping in an OEM one is not worth it when the DB is cheaper and better, and the 6.0 one is also OEM you will slightly get ripped for the price.
