Check both of the valve cover gaskets to make sure the eletric connectors are fully connected even the harness inside the valve cover. If it is out even a little bit this can cause the problem.
There was a major issue with the older valve cover gasket harness connectors on the inside that work themselves loose they did make a fix for them but you can just replace them with the updated valve cover gasket and harness kit to take care of the problem of them working loose.

I would check the under valve cover harness (like everyone has said) And then check the fuel delivery. When was the fuel filter last changed. I would throw a new one in. Make sure the fuel bowl is filling up fast when the key is turned on.
