Power Pup

Hi everyone; I am new to this post and I love it so far. My question is, I just recieved a Bully Dog Power Pup today, and I cannot get it to power up. First you must put your key in ignition, then you plug into trucks OBDll port. Then you wait for the downloader to show credits and self test. Mine does nothing. All my wires are tight, so I will call them tomorow. Any one know what may be wrong, I may have a dud I do not know.

could be the fuse that puts power to the obd2... i believe its tied in with the cigarete lighter fuse

Thanks I did look at the fuse pannel, but I did not know which one controled the sensor. I am going outside to take a look. Thanks again.
