2wd swap to 4wd HELP ME!!

Hello guys, i am looking at getting a 2000 f350 crew cab thats 2wd and i was woundering what all would i have to do to make it 4wd? How hard is the conversion

Everything bolts right up, but you will need a different transmission.

Plus the front axle, suspension, different drive shafts front and rear, all steering related stuff on the axle + new pitman arm off the steering box.
