99-05 conversion

I just need to VERIFY for my Body Shop that it is a 100% bolt in swap with the bumper, Grill, and headlights? Header Panel and brackets are the same?

Yep, all 100% bolt on. I wouldn't take it to a body shop though, can be done very easily with simple hand tools. Not sure by your post, but did you buy an 05 header panel and 05 bumper brackets?

Only reason body shop has it is that insurance is paying for it..deer.........Lol, they are hesitant to do it unless everything will bolt right up 100% without any modifications. I requested the harley headlights, grill and an 05 bumper.....let me know so I can tell them.

They will bolt right into an 05 header panel, not a 99-04 one. Maybe I am confused on what you are asking. If you got an 05 bumper, 05-07 headlights, 05-07 bumper brackets, 05-07 header panel, and the pigtails to convert your stock headlight wire harness to the 05-07 style light bulb then yes it will be all bolt on.
