Is my truck lifted?

Just picked her up a few weeks ago. I love it. But since it is needing some new tires, i was looking online for some and it appears that the stock size tire for this truck is a LT265. Those are LT305's on it right now. The previous owner said from what he knew, its all stock except for a leveling kit. I have no idea how these trucks came configured from the factory, so here i am. The rear appears to have 3"-4" lift blocks.

That is the stock height for the rear of a 99 f350. The front looks to have a leveling kit on it. Sharp truck, looks JUST like my first superduty right down to the color, and the 4x4 decal!

I even had those steps-carr hoops.
