Fan Clutch Replacement

I have a 2002 7.3 that I use for towing a 5th wheeler.
Under severe conditions (Hills) I am getting Transmission and Engine Oil Temps of 225-230 before the Fan Clutch cut in. When the Fan Clutch does cut in it runs for about 1 minute and drops the temps to around 220.
Can I get a Fan Clutch that will cut in earlier (at a lesser temp) than this standard one.

Many thanks
Colin
