New 2000 F-350

Buddy of mine just picked up a 00F-350 with the 7.3 and auto. We Have come to find that it is heavily modded, what we know is that it has a full 4'' system and a K&N drop in filter. WE cannot find a performance box or anything like that. When you mash it in the truck it lights the tires rolls some good coal and goes like a rapped ape. you can light the tires a 30mph. How can we figure out what this thing has in it so we know where its at performance wise?

I am not sure but it might have some type of chip in. Try searching for install instructions for chips, that might point you in the right direction. I run a tuner so I am not much help.

You need to pull the pcm to see if it has a chip. It's almost impossible to look at the injectors and see what they are. Single shot hybrids are a possibility but they would black out a four lane highway with a stock charger.

Yeah it doesnt black out intersections. Where is the pcm on this truck?

Ok I found it and I didnt see any wires or anything coming out of it like in the video.

Then it must have a program in it - which I've found that you can't really detect. Does it have gauges?

No guages yet but the down pipe is taped for a egt I noticed.
