New-b and loving it with my 99 7.3

I picked up my 99 7.3 about 3 months ago. Had 142,000 miles on it now 153,000, one owner with ALL the records. I bought this after getting rid of my 06 King Ranch PSD. The 7.3 has so much more punch, much better running truck.

Hopefully the before and after pics were uploaded. The before pic was taken while on the test drive and the after pic was a month later with the add-ons; mirrors, fender extensions, bull bar, front level kit, tube side step, tires and wheels. I did have to replace the water pump, rear brakes, throttle sensor and ignition silinoid. Still, this truck is SOOO much better than the 6.0 or spending $60k on a 2011/2012.

nice looking truck! Welcome to the ORG. Oh and if you still have the original rims around how much would you want for them?

Thanks.
Craigslist can be a beautiful thing. I sold the rims in 1 day, the bedcover in a week, I upgraded my center console to an 06 Lariat (from ebay) and sold the old one also on craigslist. I'm looking to upgrade my seats preferrably to newer Lariat seats but may do King Ranch.

Your 6.0 had major issues if the 7.3 has more "punch". Nice clean truck.

I did put an SCT tune on the 7.3. I run it on a "tow" program. That added the punch needed to wake up my 7.3.
