Moog Steering Stabilizer Bracket

Just bought a Moog SSD127 single steering stabilizer for my E99. My truck did not come factory equipped with one so I needed the bracket. The u-bolts on the bracket are too close together to fit in the crimps on the tie rod. I read they need to bolt on to the 2nd and 4th crimp from the passenger side. They are not even close (about 1 3/4" apart). Should I bolt it on or what? Here is what I bought. TIA!
