Voltage Question

What will a bad glow plug do to the voltage at the relay? I hate electrical

Nothing, a bad GP is "Open" so it isn't going to be noticeable by Voltage.

What you need to do, and the Only way to identify which GP it is, is to compare the resistance of each plug with an Ohm Meter.

The GP's are downstream of the GPR. I posted the link above, if you have any ? just PM me. I highly suggest the Stancor relay as well.
