HELP Truck won't start after messing with tuner

I took the ECM off to look and find out what tuner chip my truck has.. turned out to be a TS chip. Well I cleaned it and put it back on and had 1 battery connected when I tried to start it it didn't fire obviously and clicked. Then when the door opened it sounded like the ECM was clicking??

Well I disconnected both batterys and removed the ECM again and took off the TS chip.. reconnected everything and it still just clicks?

Blown fuse somewhere? and where?? or what else could be the issue?!?!?!
