Driver's seat .... err!

'00 F350 SRW here.... the drivers seat on the left hand side makes me feel like a fatass. Ok I'm not a skinny dude but it's obvious the 150k miles on it someone sitting there has really knocked out the cushion on the bottom It's hard to describe the seat feels good all over except for the left hand side...... guessing that's because it's easier to get in/out and slide off the seat?

What options do I have? New seat? Junk yard? Replace cushion?

You can buy new foam from the dealer for like $50.

mine is the same way from the previous owner sliding off the seat and the truck has no steps...

wonder how hard it is to change the foam...?
