Just bought a 99 F250

I plan on working from the inside to the outside.... First things first... Any suggestions on what to do to wake this monster up.. I was planning on

-Edge tuner
-boost..egt.. trans temp guages
-cold air intake
-4 inch exhaust from turbo back

Am I wrong or missing something?

Sounds like your on the right track! The Intake and exhaust are a great start! The Tuner or chip is what will wake the truck up the most! just make sure you get all the performance parts you want on the truck before you get the truck chipped or tuned so you can have the mods dialed in also! tuners are great but chips seem to be the choice for the 7.3Ls I would read around the forums and see what everyone would recommend before purchasing one!
