side steps needed

i want to put some side steps on my truck it sits a little higher and i dont like pulling on the steering wheel all the time when i get in i need something durable the bully ones ive had every time i hit a snow bank or something with them they break ive even had one or two break when i stood on them brand new out of the box - i dont weigh that much either about 250lbs
something that mounts to frame would be nice but not necessary i also cant really do running boards as its a std cab and i think they look silly the short little steps on there

thanks guys but i just cant really justify putting 1000$ in steps on a 12 yr old work truck i was kinda looking for something under a few hundred for a set preferably under 100 a side

These may be what your looking for then, they can hold up to 465lbs per bar. They also are a 4 step design meaning they extend past the cab so you have a bed step too. These are made for the reg cabs.
