Fluid drain

So I have water as my coolant right now an I need to get anti freeze in it because it's finally getting cold here. Is there a was to drain my radiator fluid so I can put anti-freeze in it?

on the radiator on the driverside there is a drain valve. And if you want to get most of the rest take off the lower hose on the passenger side.
