throw out bearing on f350!!!

i have a 2000 f350 with 5 speed manual trans. my throw out bearing makes noises when the clutch is not down changing a gear. if you push the clutch in it stops but if its not in it has a constant sound and its so annoying. any one ever had this problem?? any info or what i could do would be helpful.

Mine did that and I ended up putting in a new clutch. I am not sure why it was doing it, but after seeing the old clutch, pressure plate throw out bearing etc, I am convinced I could have made another 50,000 miles. The teeth on the pressure plate had some wear, but not worth dropping the tranny. Nothing bad can happen in the bell housing as far as I could see by waiting. I would keep an ear out but not worry too much haha.
