Truck in shop due to loss of power now need help

So I notice I had loss some power so I took in to the shop tell ran the codes and tell me that I'm having my issues due to the fact it's been convert over to a 6 speed and still having an automatic turbo, ECM and whatnot. Now do I just have them replace it all with manual parts or swap back to an automatic. I'm not to terribly fawn of the 6 speed as it is. Some help here guys

yea...the manual being there has nothing to do with the loss of power...get up with me and let me know what its doing...

and make sure you trust the shop youre taking it to...b/c i had 4-5 different shops all with top notch certified mechanics tell me that swapping in a manual would be IMPOSSIBLE. they said it wouldnt bolt up, it wouldnt crank or run, etc etc etc....so just make sure you trust what they're telling you.

definitely contact me though...i've got a couple ideas...
