mine has none at all right now but i noticed this in the ad

RECON's clear cab roof light sets can be installed on vehicles that did not come with rooflights as standard equipment. The only exceptions are the following : Ford F-Series 1999-2006 is lenses and bulbs only Chevy and GMC 1988-2002 is lenses and bulbs only

mine falls into the 1999-2006 F series??

yup they will work... it comes with the lenses base and bulbs.. youll just have to drill and mount them and make your own wireing for them like you planned
if you dont like the smoked ones their are other colors ... clear and superwhite
