torque setting for transmission bell housing

Hi Guys

I just wanted to confirm the torque setting for a manual bell housing to engine. I have searched and found 15 ft lbs.
Is this correct. This sounds very low for such important bolts. Considering the bolts are 1/2 inch, I would of thought about 90 ft lbs

Torque setting is 61nm or 45 ft lbs.
