2003 7.3l auto CAN I add factory cruise?
I have a 2003 E450 7.3L auto and want to add factory cruise.
Since these are drive by wire trucks, can I just add a cruise steering wheel? Am I totally niave in assuming that's all it needs? I don't like aftermarket cruise setups and prefer to go with factory parts, SO obviously I need a cruise wheel, what else would it take?

There is an underhood harness for it im not sure whats included, hope someone else chimes in.
