no start possibly fried computer plz help

its a 2002 f250 7.3 auto trans the truck had a hard time starting so the owner changed the relay for the glow plugs with a starter relay well he hooked it up but forgot one of the small wires on top well truck fired up like perfect so he shut key off the truck stayed running it ran for about a minute then died and no start after that so i came to look at the truck well when it cranks the tach don't move so changed the cps 2 times still nothing changed relays with correct one and it won't power up i have 2 codes they are p0380 p1670 please help u can call me to i need the truck fixed 1-218-969-9335

I can't find any of those codes in my Haynes manual. Ill give you a bump though man. Sorry

Did he check all the fuses? Does the WTS light come on/off like normal?

Sounds like the IDM might be fried. Definately need to fix the GPR and wires, too.


Also, on the 02/03 the tach will not move when you crank it, so it's not the CPS, make sure it still has a Ford or International CPS in it.
