Exhaust Brake

Looking for an exhaust brake for my 1999 7.3L. I here there is one that uses existing parts, not supposed to cost an arm and a leg. Anyone know anything? Where I can get the info on how to set this up. How much will it cost and is there anyone how has experience with installing one?
