What's my truck worth?

At the jobsite I was on, the GC asked me if I wanted to sell...I said make me an offer.

His offer was 12K. (I little bit insulting to me) I said that I would start thinking about it at 18K. Is that high? Just curious, as there is a lot of money invested into this thing.

When it comes down to it, the real value of your truck is book value. But, what people are willing to pay is always different. You've put a lot of time and money into your truck, but don't expect to get ALL of it out of it... I sure know I couldn't.

Yeah you're right, that's the crappy part, most people don't care about all the bells and whistles and don't want to pay for it either. I was thinking book value has to be at least 10 though?

yeah im looking at one and book value is depending on what your looking at is around 10,500-13000 or so. Id tell me 14k and see what he says.
