Battery Relocate

Howdy Fellas! Well I have been wanting to do a battery relocate for a long time. My plan so far is bracket passenger side frame rail, and then wire it up. I am going to replace all the wiring, and was wondering, besides the jumper, and hot to the starter, negative to ground, what other connections must be made? Where does the constant hot go, and what gauge wire is it factory? Also I have an elaborate plan for a jumper system with power connectors...but I was also wondering what size butt connector to get for the starter? Anyone have any idea the eyelit size that I would need? Thanks for the help...I am trying to get all of this stuff ordered before we get back, that way I can have a fun time building and not waiting on parts lol.
