Early 99 F250 4x4 auto 7.3
Engine Oil: Any CJ-4 motor oil
Tranny Fluid: Mercon or according to FoMoCo Mercon V (it is been debated what will happen to your trans since when the 4R100 first came out Ford didn't spec Mercon V but now it says its ok to run it) Do a search for Mercon V, lots and lots of threads on it.
Transfer Case Fluid: Dex/Merc ATF
Rear End Fluid: Synthetic 75w-140 for SRW, 75w-90 for DRW
Front End Fluid: 75w-90, doesn't spec synthetic but it is not a bad idea
Power Steering Fluid: Mercon ATF
Brake Fluid: DOT 3
If you have Gold, you follow the same intervals as the 6.0s as in the link above. Basically you are checking the nitrate strength every 6 months and adding more as needed.
If you have ELC, you ignore both and just add an extender in 3-4 years depending on brand and run the coolant for 6-8 years total.
