Thinking about buying a 2002 F450, have questions

I've never owned a Ford but am considering a 2002 F450 with the 7.3 PSD. Are there downsides to the 450 different than the 350?
What pitfalls should I look out for? Similar MPG to the 350?

I'd buy it, but in fl the registration is like 250+ a year. Might want to check your state to see what other fee's they slap you with.

I believe they have a different frame, axles, and heavier-duty suspension/brakes, as well as a higher weight rating, and lower gears. I'd say go for it!
