2003 F250 FX4 &275K, What's it worth?

Asking for a coworker:

2003 F250 CCSB w/ 7.3, auto, and FX4 package. Completly stock never been chipped/programmed and runs very good. From the crappy cell pics you can see it has a couple of small dents and a good one on the driver's side from a trailer. It's been used but not abused. Interior is cloth and nice for the miles with the drive's seat having the expected tear from use.

What is a realistic asking and settling price?

Nice looking truck for that many miles. Maybe ask 9k? And 7k for bottom?
