fuel pump test

Is there a test location under the hood? What should i have for pressure?

I have no issues, just preventative maint. I'm @ ~130k on the original part assuming it could use to be replaced before snow flies.

There is a frame mounted electric pump? - is that the only one?

Know of any quality replacement pumps? -Is using the Motorcraft part worth it?

Probably have to test pressure at the fuel bowl. I know that's where everyone does.
130k on a stock pump? Try 315k, and i'm not even worried about it. If anything you're FPR would go out first.
Yes, that's the only pump. It sucks out of the tank then pressurizes to the bowl.
60-75 or so is good.
