ABS Front Sensor Testing

Is there anyway to check, by a possible Ohms reading which ABS sensor is bad on the front of a 01 4x4 to see which sensor needs replaced so the light goes off???

I don't know what you might get by ohming the sensor, but a good scan tool will tell you which sensor has the problem.

yeah. I was going to figure out if their was an easier way. I have an ohms meter, just not easy access to a good scanner.

I just tested 2 I had hanging on the work bench from a 2001, one tested 717 ohms the other 720, both were good when they came off the truck with the old wheel bearings. Hope this helps you out.

Thanks for checking. I am probably going to try and check mine real soon. I figured the Ohm's may show some indication.
