99 f250 death wobble?

Well my 99 f250 picked up a weird steerin wobble yesterday, the steering wheel is turned now when going straight like it needs an alignment, it was fine before, and also going over bumps it gets a horrible wobble like the front end is made out of jello. My mechanic checked the ball joints, tie rods, adjusted the steering box. What else could it be?
