turbo problems

I have a 2002 sd and just installed a gt 38r.after install took it for a drive and now it has what sounds like a chirping noise and very slugish,idleing sounds good,but when driving the chirping starts and now what sounds like a slight grinding noise.truck has 4" exhaust,s&b intake,dp tuner.any ideas on what may be going on?kinda afraid to drive it b/c don't want to make things worse.thanks in advance for any input

Pull off the intake boot and see if the turbo spins freely. You should feel some drag from the seals, but shouldn't feel any metal-to-metal contact. Maybe one of the impellers came loose?
