Question Rear Driveshaft Removal... Thoughts?

Anyone have any advice on how to remove the Front Part of the rear drive shaft? I can't get a socket on the front 12mm bolts, and I cant break the 14mm bolts loose on the middle "shaft connector."

The 3rd U-joint was GONE, one of the caps had NO bearings left.

The Middle one was intact, but 2/4 caps had very limited movement. (Tight.)

The Front (1st) U-joint... No clue. Cant get it off.

I already sprayed it all with PB Blaster... and even tried using a wrench/mallet on the bolts. Nothing.

Think it's bad, or GTG? Truck has 96K on her.... and the front one has been replaced before... no idea when, tho.

I used a 12? mm combination wrench with a short breaker bar rigged up on it. To loosen the bolts on the transfercase drive flange. I couldnt get a socket on em either. Im kind of curious how ford techs loosen the flange bolts.

As for the 14 mm bolt. Are talking about the two bolts that hold the carrier bearing up?. If you are, i used a 1/2 socket drive and a 5 foot breaker bar + pb blaster. And some anger as well lol.

Also be carefull not to strip the little bolts on the u-joint straps. Ask me how i know arhhhh.
