wanted to check my turbo and found this wtf

ok guys sounded like my truck over boosted pretty hard. so i wanted to make sure there was no play.I looked down by my fuel canister and seen this lmao sitting in the valley.



so i started doing so more searching and i seen this thing floating on a rod on the hpop



does anyone know what this is here is where it was sliding on

Looks like your IPR came apart. If your really lucky you can slide it back on the IPR shaft on the left side of the HPOP. It controls the injection pressure and is a critical component.

its on the bottom right side of the fuel bowl as u look at the truck

does it really just slide on there should i be worried bout it wan it has been sliding on the rod for a minuet lol truck runes fine though

just look at a pic of a new ipr and you can see how it will go back together. youre pretty lucky to find the parts there

yep i put it all back together and just got back from 400 mile drive its still good lol.
