Exclamation timing please help

on my evolution 2 you can create custome programm i want all the power i can get it also has WOTF wide open throttle fueling what should all of this be neg or pos on the timing what should fueling be let me know what i can do to psd to get more power for cheap someone told me to unplug red line to wastegate and plug it up does that work what can i do PLEASE help

I don't know about the tuning, but you should definitely unhook the wastegate. That will give you more boost, and it will spool faster. You will need a boost fooler, though, or the computer will start to defuel the motor at around 25 psi. Do you have an exhaust? That'll help you out alot if you haven't done it yet.
