ATS Ported housing

Just ordered a ATS ported housing and the bellowed up pipe kit from Riffraff "GREAT guys to order from).

Got the ATS housing in today and I have to say I was extremely disappointed in this piece. I am considering sending it back.

1. This is a sand casted piece I know, but you would think they would wash the sand out of it before shipping. I also expected the casting to be cleaned up a little.
2. The castings must be old and dirty because the buildup and pitting on the inside of the housing looked like a gravel parking lot.

I was posting to make someone else aware of what they are going to get. Also to ask if I am being too picky with this item. I was expecting a better finished quality for the money spent.

Are there any other options for a good ported housing? Looking for opnions?

I would send it back, and have a very well planned out complaint going with it. Its all about the customer, and if your not happy you shouldnt "settle" with anything.

Ive installed the same housing for my neighbor about a year ago, his looked very clean and presentable. Maybe they had a bad batch slip through
