New springs, same lean

OK, I had the typical lean to the drivers side. About 2" to the driver side. So I thought I would upgrade to brand new V codes and kill two birds with one stone. They did lift the truck a little, but the lean is still there. Now, the next thing I can do is fix the front sway bar bracket. The passenger side bracket on the axle is bent about 45* back therefore raising the sway bar in relation to the axle. So would this actually push the axle downward causing lean? Next, maybe the back springs are shot (I hope not). TIA!
