does anyone know if there is a difference between 99 yr 7.3 and 97 yr 7.3 lifters? the difference in price is huge! so if anyone knows PLEASE TELL ME!!!!
oh ya, does anyone have one of the cams from hypermax? if so, any difference? is it worth the cash?

hypermax is expensive, check dieselinnovations, I think they have a cam that is more reasonable. As far as lifters and pushrods go, I think you can buy some out of a summit mag that handle higher boost pressures better. PM House22 on this site for better info on this topic.
