can i send a dp chip to php to get reburned?

I've had my dp chip for about 8 months now and honestly I liked my old quadzilla F chip tunes better that I had years back and tw tunes. Didn't go back with TW because he's a pita to get ahold of. My question is will PHP reburn a DP chip?
