Hercules tire did $2,000 damage!

Thats right yesterday i was driving the stroke on the highway when all of a sudden it feels like i am driving off road at 70mph when i notice a huge chunk of tire in my rear view mirror. Then it felt like nothing happened and i pulled over to see. The tread had sepperated off the tire and beat my exhaust into my quarter panel and crushed it into my wheel well. What it crazy is the tire never lost pressure? I have opened a claim with cooper tires which makes hercules and got a estimate of the damage for right over $2000 damage. Dont ask me why i put that brand of tire in the first place they where on the truck when i bought it! I think i stand a great chance of winning the claim, what do you think?

I just went through a problem with an electronics manufacturer for a defective product that led to a small fire. They were very willing to put things to rest and reimburse me for the damages. Just make sure to document everything and take pictures and I think you'll have an easy win.
