Truck Weight

Does any one know what my truck weights, ball park . 00 f-350 ext cab dually. The dealer registered it as over 8000 lbs which is a "D" plate and $158 a year to register and no vanity. Is that right?

ball park that's pretty close. Take it to a truck stop and weigh it and see. My truck the way it sits now is right around 9000 (but that is with toolbox etc..)

My 2001 4 door dually weighs 6900 on the registration. But you got to register it more if you are towing.

I rolled the scaled at 8080 with just over half a tank of dino. Crew Cab dually 4x4. So, you are not too far off.

Dam Logan I guess I gotta clean out the cab more. You got me beat by over 300#. I know the carseats don't weigh that much.

Door weight

You cant go by the door tag weight. My truck 4x4 cc sb 7.3 weighs 7450 empty. I could register it for 8000lbs but if I get caught with a full tank of fuel and a full tool box i'm gonna be paying a big fine. My truck is registered at 12,000lbs which is pretty standard in NC. $123 a year aint bad.
