Fuel pump mod?

Awhile back I red about a fuel pump mod (i think). It was something where you had to drop the tank and pull out the float and a return line. Anybody know what I am talking about. I am just trying to find the mod since I had to drop my tank to replace a brake line. I've searched most of the ways I can think of on here. Any ideas?
thanks

The Hutch mod is supposed to eliminate the air we get in the fuel system from the poor stock design.
