Rear Axle Loose...

So my truck has pulled forever and always to the right. Left rear caliper went last monday and truck still pulled to the right even with the brake seized.

When looking at the truck yesterday it appears that my springs are loose and my axle goes up and down and clunks when the truck goes back and forth. The helper spring at the bottom slides a little like something isnt together but the rear end of the truck has never been touched and nothing looks broken.

Do I need new ubolts?

Time to get in there and actually inspect everything. Sounds like it might be a alignment issue combined w/ a bad shock. Shock oily? Check out your leaf springs for cracks/breaks, and everything else for any bad/broken welds, bolts tight, etc.
