Does anybody know what the PCM code on a 2000 f-250 is?

There are several. Different ones for autos and manuals etc. To get yours just pull the PCM and take a look. Let me know if you don't know how to get it out.

Im not sure where it is located or how to get it out

It is visible while still in the truck but you have to use a mirror or stick your head really far down under the brake master cylinder.

Its on the drivers side on the fire wall below the master cylinder. Look for a connector about 5 inches long 1 inch wide with a sticker below it... letters and numbers. Mine is a '00 7.3 and it's code is NVK5 (auto). Use a mirror and a flashlight, not too hard at all.
