I might have found a truck opions welcome and appreciated

I have been looking and i think I have found the truck i want. But being as i am new i was hoping for some help from the more expeirenced crowd. So please tell me what you think good or bad. Thanks for the help

Asking price is 18000 he said he would take 1600 so i figure i might could get it for about 15000 or 15500.
he said he would keep the hypertec i said no problem i was wanting either wildman or dp tunes.

I have a 2002 ford F250 with the popular 7.3 motor in. The truck has 136,000 miles on it, which is extremly low for that type of a truck. This truck is not stock at all, I have over 10,000 in upgrades (as follows)

8 inch super lift $1,800

20 inch XD Rims $1,500

37 inch Toyo MT tires $2,000

4 inch turbo back Silverline Exhaust $600.00

AFE Stage 2 Intake system $300.00

Mag-Hytec Rear Diff Cover $300.00

Running Boards $300.00

Hypertech Performance Chip $300.00 This will come with the truck if i get asking price. I want to keep this chip to install on my next truck.

I have a guage pod that can hold 4 guages. I have installed (EGT, BOOST, WATER TEMP, TRANNY TEMP). $600.00

Digital boost controller $150.00

Ranch Hand front and rear bumper and grill guard $1,600

If you can get maintenance records on it, sounds like it would be a good truck.

If a guy has put that much into it, you can assume he took care of it too. You can check things too, like the color of the coolant. Green is probably the factory coolant, not maintained. Few people do maintain the factory coolant. Also, an option, if he is willing, is to test his oil. Blackstone labs can do that for you. Other than that sounds like a good truck.
