I would check the glow plug relay and I would check the glowplugs themselves. As well as the wiring harness.

You can check the glowplugs for resistance with a multimeter.

the back preasure issue is a sensor located twards the front of the motor easiest way to find it is find a small metal tube running from your exhaust manifold and folow it to the top of the motor to the sensor... if that tube gets plugged with carbon it will throw a back presure sensor out of rang code... the back preasure valve if it is like the OBS trucks will be a valve like an exhaust brake on the turbo outlet that gets stuck closed if you unplug that it will nulify the ebpv and it will be stuck open IF? the superdutys are like the obs trucks im not positive on that one/ hopefully one of the techies will be here to give you some profesional insight good luck
