2000 F250

None of the gauges work on my instrument panel. I have checked all fuses under the dash and under the hood. Both fuses 41 and 45 were good
Removed the steering wheel column cover and check the wire coming from the overdrive it was good (taped it for preventative maintenance)
My instrument panel is receiving the power. (measured 12v coming in).
I checked all the connections on the flexible circuit board and could not see any breaks in the connections.
I believe that my instrument panel is actually broken. However I could have have missed something due to my frustration.

If I have to replace the panel I would like to use an aftermarket custom.

Are there any other places that make Instrument panels for my truck (digital if possible)

Is there a way you can put a 2010 panel in my truck
